What hardware do guards need?
Guards need an Android device, such as a rugged phone, the RuggedTab R8 or the Inrico i10 PTT radio, plus NFC tags at each checkpoint. Zamatrack supplies all of these as bundles in our online store.
Can clients see their own patrol reports?
Yes. You can schedule automated reports per client or site, so each client receives proof of service without seeing other customers' data.
