Simple, transparent pricing for Worxit
Worxit pricing has two parts: a dashboard licence for managers (R600 per month) and a licence for each field device (R350 per device per month). Prices exclude VAT. Add rugged hardware from our store, or bring your own compatible Android devices.
Dashboard licence
For managers, supervisors and control rooms.

Prices in South African rand and exclude VAT. Hardware, SIM cards and data are billed separately.

Pricing questions
How much is a mobile device licence?
Each mobile device licence is R350 per device per month, excluding VAT. You need one licence for every phone, tablet or radio that runs the Worxit app in the field.
Do I need a dashboard licence and device licences?
Yes. The dashboard licence (R600 per month, including one admin user) gives managers and the control room the web dashboard and reports. Each phone, tablet or radio used in the field needs a mobile device licence.
Can I add more dashboard users?
Yes. Additional dashboard users are R75 per user per month.
Is hardware included in the licence price?
No. Licences are software only and work on compatible Android devices. We sell rugged devices, PTT radios, NFC tags and ready-made bundles separately in our online store.
Do you offer training?
Onboarding is included. Additional dedicated on-site or virtual training is available at R650 per hour.
