In Worxit's Shifts module, supervisors create and manage shifts across all sites from a single dashboard, and see every scheduled, active and completed shift in real time with clear status indicators. Each shift can carry a linked handover form, fully customisable to record incidents, outstanding tasks, site updates and notes for the next team. Every action is recorded, including shift activity, the staff involved and each handover submission, so there is a full audit trail and historical record. Shifts runs on the same Worxit dashboard as Occurrence Logs and Guard Patrol, and records export to Excel or PDF. It suits security guard rosters, facilities and cleaning teams, manufacturing handovers and other 24/7 operations. Licences follow standard Worxit pricing: the dashboard is R600 per month, including one admin user, and each phone, tablet or radio running the app needs a R350 monthly device licence, all ex VAT.
